Modern contemporary villa - with absolutely stunning views facing west on the upper summit - villamanda (villa 5) is situated within a secure walled compound with landscaped tropical gardens affording panoramic views of Koh Pha-ngan Island and the approaches to the Mu Koh Angthong Marine Park. This villa is part of the Samui Summit gated community in the exclusive north eastern residential area of Samui and offers both privacy and security.

Villamanda is accessed from the upper level car park and staff accommodation area affording excellent security. The second level is presented as a pool villa with full length sliding glass doors opening onto a veranda and a plunge pool. The open plan kitchen and dining area looks west towards the sea. The large master bedroom features a en suite bathroom. This level also has a guest bathroom. The lower level has two large en suite bedrooms with full length glass sliding doors opening out onto a veranda and an adjoining media /living room.

All rooms are air conditioned and fully furnished to a high safety standard including a fully earthed electrical system. Multi channel satellite TV and DVD/CD players are featured along with a WIFI broadband internet connection. The villa provides a daily maid service and upon request the Estate management can arrange private catering and other personal services for the guests.

The estate has a private full size tennis court for villa residents and guests.

Choeng Mon has a beautiful sandy beach, just a kilometer from our villa. Walking along the beach you will see restaurants, sun beds and parasols for those who wish to enjoy leisure time there. Villamanda is just a short walk away and the Estate is 10 minutes drive from the airport and close to Bo Phut Fisherman's village with its bustling restaurants and shops.
